This week Ant and Kate talk to Patrick Geherin of Carefree Cuisine out of Littleton, Colorado.  Patrick and Kate have been friends for many years and worked together in the restaurant industry in Northern Virginia.  Patrick ventured into starting a business where he prepares and processes meal solutions that eliminate the top 8 allergens such as soy, peanuts and dairy.  Join us as we converse over food, music and a little bit of Seinfeld references for you Seinfeld fans!
